Ingredients:
1½ cups Bella Grain Homebaking Flour
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
2 eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add eggs, sugar, oil (or butter), and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Add Dry Ingredients
Sift in Bella Grain flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gently mix until just combined — avoid over-mixing.
4. Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5. Cool and Serve
Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
